Storage by sequence
Modular stations on a guided path. Parts stay on AGVs; software controls their order. No warehouse, no shelves, no forklifts.
Concept illustration, not a real plant.
- Car on its own battery-powered robotic cart (green strip = battery)
- AGVs = moving storage, order controlled by software. Number = the unit its parts are for
- Dual staggered underground docks: semis back down a shallow ramp; one unloads, the next stages
- Staging / sequence lane: AGVs wait and re-order here (not storage)
- Defect: cart diverts to the repair bay, its AGVs pull aside, then it rejoins the sequence
- Energy flow: sun → solar → buried batteries → line, AGV and cart charging
- Logistics stay at each station. Humans step in for exceptions.
